Build the core AI algorithms, infrastructure, data systems, and evaluation harnesses behind FlexArray's Agentic AI products — shaping how agents are trained, evaluated, optimized, and deployed to automate real hardware design and validation workflows.
You'll build and optimize systems for training, post-training, RL, inference, and agent execution; develop tooling and harnesses to evaluate and improve agent performance; and work across the stack from research prototypes to production.
You bring a BS/MS in CS, EECS, Mathematics, or related field; experience in AI model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, data infrastructure, and distributed systems; and high ownership across research, infrastructure, and product.
