Founding MTS — AI/ML Infrastructure
Build the infrastructure, algorithms, and production systems used to develop, evaluate, post-train, and deploy cutting-edge AI models, turning frontier methods into reliable, scalable systems.
You'll develop and optimize pipelines for data prep, training, post-training, fine-tuning, inference, and evaluation; profile large-scale training/RL/SFT pipelines and remove bottlenecks; and partner with researchers to build the engineering foundation for a fast-moving AI org.
You bring a BS/MS in CS, EECS, Mathematics, or related field; experience building AI/ML infrastructure across data curation, distributed training, evaluation, or deployment; strong Python and modern ML infra skills; and strong debugging and optimization skills.
