Founding MTS — EDA Algorithms & AI Systems
Build the algorithmic, data, and knowledge foundations that power FlexArray's Agentic AI products. This is a deeply technical role at the intersection of EDA algorithms, AI systems, and large-scale data infrastructure.
You'll develop algorithms for mapping, synthesis, placement, routing, timing analysis, design-space exploration, and automated debugging; build graph, database, embedding, and retrieval systems so agents can reason over designs and flows; and integrate agents with simulators, synthesis, place-and-route, timing, and verification tools.
You bring a BS/MS in CS, EECS, Computer Engineering, or related field; and proven experience building complex software platforms across distributed systems, developer tools, EDA, AI infrastructure, or large-scale data.
