Founding MTS — Software Architect
Define and build the core software architecture for FlexArray's Agentic AI products, working across agent runtime, workflow orchestration, data infrastructure, tool integration, validation, and customer-facing deployment.
You'll design and implement core systems for agents, workflows, tools, APIs, data models, execution services, and observability; build orchestration, storage, scheduling, CI, and simulation infrastructure; and turn research prototypes into secure, performant production systems.
You bring a BS/MS in CS, EECS, Computer Engineering, or related field; proven experience architecting complex software platforms (distributed systems, AI infrastructure, cloud, or large-scale data); strong C++/Python or TypeScript skills; and strong production engineering discipline (API design, orchestration, CI/CD, observability).
